These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quantum Hash website and your purchase of hardware and services from Quantum Hash Technologies (“Quantum Hash”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Hosting services are also governed by the signed hosting agreement and service level schedule. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement applies.

2. Our services
We sell physical ASIC mining hardware, host client-owned hardware in facilities in the United Arab Emirates, and provide related monitoring, maintenance and data center services.
We do not offer cloud mining, hashrate contracts, investment products or managed investment returns. You remain the owner of any hardware you buy from us or host with us.
3. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Before we host hardware or complete certain orders, we verify business and identity information. We may decline or end a relationship if verification is incomplete, or if the law or our compliance policies require it.
4. Quotes, orders and prices
- Prices on the website are indicative and may change with supplier pricing and availability. ASIC hardware prices are shown in US dollars (USD); hosting fees are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED).
- An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing or issue a pro-forma invoice.
- Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and any customs duties, shipping or insurance unless stated.
- Pre-order and delivery dates are estimates given by manufacturers and may change.
5. Payment
- Hardware must be paid in full before dispatch or racking unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Hosting fees and deposits are billed as set out in your hosting agreement, and invoices are payable within the stated terms.
- We may pause services, after notice, for overdue amounts, and charge reasonable recovery costs as allowed by UAE law.
6. Delivery, risk and ownership
Ownership of hardware passes to you on full payment. Risk passes on delivery to your address, or on receipt into our facility for hardware we host. We inspect hosted hardware on arrival and record its condition.
7. Warranty and returns
New hardware carries the manufacturer’s warranty only. We help coordinate warranty claims but are not the warrantor. Unless the law requires otherwise, hardware cannot be returned once it has been delivered, racked or powered on, except for a manufacturer-confirmed defect on arrival.
8. Hosting services
- Service levels, response times, uptime commitments and any service credits are set out in your hosting agreement.
- You must not use hosted equipment for any unlawful purpose.
- We may carry out scheduled maintenance with advance notice, and emergency work without notice where needed for safety or security.
9. Mining risks
Bitcoin mining performance, network difficulty, bitcoin price, downtime, and operating expenses may affect outcomes. No returns are guaranteed. Nothing on the website or in our communications is financial, investment or tax advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost mining revenue, lost profit or loss of digital assets. Our total liability arising from any order or service is limited to the fees you paid us for that order or service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Use of the website
Website content is provided for general information and may contain errors. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. The Quantum Hash name, logo and website content belong to us.
12. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including grid outages, extreme weather, supply shortages, changes in law or government action.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders from the “Last updated” date.
