1. Who we are

2. Personal data we collect

• Contact details you give us in forms or by email: name, company, email address, phone number and your message.
• Business and verification details for clients: trade licence, company documents, and identity documents of authorised signatories, as required before we host hardware.
• Order and billing details: hardware ordered, hosting package, invoices, payment status and billing contacts. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Hosted equipment data: serial numbers, rack location and operational telemetry (hash rate, temperature, power, uptime) for machines you host with us.
• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar technical information collected when you use the website.

3. How we use your data

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotes and hosting proposals.
• To verify clients, meet anti-money-laundering and other legal obligations, and prevent fraud.
• To supply hardware, deliver and monitor hosting services, and handle service requests.
• To issue invoices, collect payments and keep accounting and tax records.
• To keep the website and our systems secure and working properly.
• To send service notices. We send marketing only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data to perform our contract with you or take steps before entering one, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate business interests (such as security and service improvement), or with your consent where the law requires it.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed with:

• Service providers that host our systems, process payments, send email or support our operations, under contracts that require them to protect the data.
• Hardware manufacturers, logistics and customs agents when needed to deliver or repair equipment.
• Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers.
• Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where the law requires it.

6. Where data is stored and international transfers

We store client data in the United Arab Emirates wherever practical. Where a provider processes data outside the UAE, we transfer it only as permitted by the PDPL and with appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contract, billing and verification records are kept for the periods required by UAE commercial, tax and anti-money-laundering laws, usually at least five years after the relationship ends. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months.

8. How we protect data

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, multi-factor authentication for portal accounts, logging of access to sensitive documents, and physical security at our facilities. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

9. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies and browser storage needed for it to work. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

10. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete data we no longer need or have no legal reason to keep;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• provide your data in a portable format; and
• withdraw consent you have given, without affecting earlier processing.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and we will tell clients about significant changes by email or in the Client Portal.
